1 General Provisions

m444 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and m444.

In these Terms, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to m444 and its operating entity. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any person who creates an account on m444 or uses the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali, and that version shall be considered final in the event of any dispute. By continuing to use the platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted the latest version of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the m444 platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of age at any time, and if underage use is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, the same email address, or from the same device is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information is considered a serious violation and may result in account termination. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately via the m444 Login page and notify the support team.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

m444 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the security and transparency of the platform. Before processing withdrawal requests or for large transactions, we may ask for the following documents:

• A valid government-issued identity document (National ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account details)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing time is generally between 5 and 30 minutes, though it may take longer if verification is required. Withdrawal requests will always be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

All transactions are considered final and irreversible unless we acknowledge a technical error on our side. To raise a claim for an incorrect transaction, you must contact the support team within 48 hours of the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires a 25x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If clear evidence of bonus abuse is found — including the use of multiple accounts, bet hedging, or any form of manipulation — m444 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, m444 may offer additional promotions. Each offer will have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

6 Gaming Rules

The m444 platform offers a variety of games including slots, live casino, cricket betting, Hi-Lo, and Fortune Horse. Each game has its own specific rules, which are displayed when the game is launched.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• In any dispute regarding sports betting markets, m444's decision is final.
• Server records are considered the official evidence of all game outcomes.
• m444 is not obliged to honour winnings obtained due to a fault in the game provider's software.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m444 platform:

• Creating an account using fraudulent or misleading information
• Selling, transferring, or allowing a third party to use your account
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour towards other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, m444 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verifiable balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Suspension by m444

m444 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Bonus abuse or operation of multiple accounts
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information

12 Changes & Updates to Terms

m444 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users via their registered email or through a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, the option to close your account remains available at all times.
